Collaborated with researchers, designers, PMs, and client users to uncover user perspectives for a pay data information feature within KF Intelligence Cloud.
Investigated the pay feature through discovery research, analyzing past user interviews and synthesizing findings through affinity mapping to provide design solutions.
Conducted usability testing on upcoming features, gathering feedback from client-users and uncovering opportunities for improvements.
